Welcome to Commish. By creating or joining a game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Commish is a place to run pick'em, spread, over/under, player-prop, parlay, and survivor prediction games with friends, for entertainment and bragging rights. Commish does not handle real-money wagering, deposits, or payouts, and awards no cash or prizes of monetary value. It is not a gambling or sports-betting service.
You must be old enough to use the app under the App Store age rating and the laws of your location. You're responsible for your account and for the games you create and the people you invite. Keep your credentials secure.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post, share, or transmit harassment or bullying; hate speech or discrimination; sexual or exploitative content; violence or threats; spam, scams, or deceptive content; unlawful material; or content that infringes rights, impersonates another person, or otherwise creates an unsafe experience.
You retain ownership of the content you create, and you grant us a license to host, display, and process it to run and protect the service. We use automated filters to reject likely prohibited public text. Filtering is not perfect and does not replace human review.
You can report a comment and block its author directly in the app. Blocking hides social content and prevents new social contact in either direction; shared-game rosters, picks, standings, and results remain visible for competition integrity. We review and act on reports within 24 hours. We may remove content, invalidate access, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To ask about a moderation decision or appeal an account suspension, email [email protected] with the account handle and relevant details. Do not include passwords or other sensitive credentials.
You may stop using Commish and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Commish is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms as the app grows and will surface material changes in the app.
When you obtain Commish through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
